Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Nivea Silver, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

🕐  7-Day Return Window — Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories.
• The original invoice/receipt must be included with the return.
• The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made or personalised / engraved jewellery.
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Sale or clearance items unless they arrive defective.
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless the item is defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at (+91) 952 644 5451 or via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order ID and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will arrange a pickup from your door — free of charge for defective items.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or design of equal or greater value (with the difference paid). Subject to stock availability. Custom and engraved pieces are excluded from exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
